What Brings Couples Into Counseling?
Couples come into counseling with a variety of issues to address. Each person brings his or hers own ideals and beliefs into the relationship. I strive to help couples understand and resolve their conflicts, so they can strengthen their relationship

How I approach Counseling
I provide a setting that allows everyone to have an open forum to discuss their perspective of the conflict. It is important that everyone in the session feels safe so they can express themselves without being judged. When this takes place, the barriers that have been put up by the family, begin to come down and the communication begins to change. I believe that communication is a key ingredient of a successful relationship. Through counseling I will help you understand the way you currently communicate, and help you discover different ways to talk to each other and ultimately, improve your relationship.
